Judge David Brodsky retired from the 19th Judicial Circuit Court of Lake County in January 2023 after a 16-year judicial career where he presided in the Civil, Family, and Criminal divisions.  He has extensive experience and success resolving cases both in-person and virtually and understands that in whichever forum people choose to resolve their differences, they need feel heard and understood.
